One morning as a software engineer sips tea deom his mug, he gets a message saying that his bank has delayed transaction. Frustrated with the message the engineer abuses the bank throughout the week. It becomes a topic of discussion among friends. Where again he blames the bank for beiing sloppy for providing bad service. This incident distracts him so much that his already pending work increases much more.
Well, unaware of the fact that the product he is working on, is the reason that the bank is not functioning properly. Just because he has delayed to commit changes to a defect. The bank is unable to resolve the problem and mr. software engineer continues to blame the bank for his mis fortune.
Moral of the story, know your product better or else face the wrath.
